Il y sera!!!!!

Normally "is" comes from the verb "to be" that is "être" in french. However to express "there is" we use the verb "to have" that is "avoir" in french as exception. So when we have to say "there is" in french then we never use "il y sera(il yi seraa)" however we use "il y aura(il yi auraa)" instead. One important things to note that "sera" and "aura" are not the present conjugation form of "être(to be)" and "avoir(to have)" respectively but they are the conjugation form of the simple future of the verbs respectively.
