dire ses quatre vérités à quelqu'un(dikh say cyakht vayritay aa kyelkwyan) is the french expression that is similar to give someone a piece of one's mind. i.e. it actually reflets the expession to tell someone a few home truth or the truth about the one who is listenning. This particular expression is used as the negative sense rather than the positive sense in the ironic mannner. So on the whole it actulally signifies the things on the mind of the speaker towards the listener.
