1.To refer to habitual action or customary activity. These words shows habit, always, never, usually, never, generally, oftern, seldom, rarely, daily, everyday/week/month. We generally use simple present tense if there is the use of any words mentioned above.
eg>Je vais toujour chez mon ami. (za vay tuju say mo-nami)
I always go to my friend.
Il est très méchant.(il ye threy meesant)
He is very nasty.
2.To express Universal Truth
eg>La terre est ronde. (la tekh ea rond)
The earth is round.
Paris, c'est la capitale de la France.( pari, say laa capitaale the laa fwans)
Paris is the capital of France.
3.To refer an action that will occur immediately
eg>Je vous télephone.( za vu telephon)
I will call you back.
Je pars tout de suite.(za parkht tou the swit)
I am leaving right away.
4.To refer to the future plan activity with the fixed timetable.
eg>Il va à l'école à sept heure du matin.(il va aa lekol aa set aakh du maataan)
He goes to the school at seven in the morning.
Il part demain à six heure du matin(il pakht dema aa sij aakh du maataan)
He is leaving tomorrow at six in the morning.
