The use of future tense in French is also similar to the use of future tense in English. That means we use the simple present tense to describe future planned activities whereas we use simple future tense to describe an action which will happen. i.e. it basically signifies the upcoming events. In order to use the simple future tense we have to follow the set of conjugation with the verbs according to the subject that really translate the verb into "will" followed by the corresponding verb. The conjugation of verb in future will be explained in next section however this is the section where you can find just the condition to use the simple future tense.
eg>
J'irai au resturant demain. (zirai aau restugwan dama)
I will go to the resturant tomorrow.
tu mangeras chez moi. (tu mangera say mwa)
you will eat at me
The simple future tense is also use to express what will happen if a particular condition is met. That is it can also be use in the "si clauses"
eg>
si j'ai beaucoup d'argent, je le acheterai.(si jay boku dagzaan, za la asateray)
If I have lot of money, I will buy it.
si tu m'invites, je viendrai.(si tu mwaavit, za vyan-drai)
If you call me, I will come.
The simple future tense is also used to express the polite requests or orders instead of using vous or conditional or imperative and is the best way of requesting too.
eg>
Prendrez du café, s'il vous plaît monsieur(prwanday du kyafe, sil vou play monsyu)
Take some coffee, please Mr.
Fermerez la fênetre, s'il vous plaît monsieur(fekhmarey laa faynekht, sil vou play monsyu)
Close the window, please Mr.
